Zusammenfassung:FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method of synthesis of 1-aryl-(alkyl)-2-hydro[60] -fullerenes of the general formula (I) where n = 1-4; C60 - a new allotropic carbon modification; R is Ph, C6H13,C7H15 characterized in that fullerene- toluene solution is interacted with an excess of ether solution of aryl(alkyl)-magnesium halide (RMgHal) where R is Ph, C6H13,C7H15; Hal is Br, Cl at mole ratio = = 1:(60-120), respectively, in the presence of zirconacene dichloride as a catalyst at amount 1-3 mole% with respect to RMgHal. Reaction is carried out in argon atmosphere, at the room temperature and under normal pressure for 8-12 h followed by treatment of reaction mass with 5% aqueous HCl. Synthesized compounds can be used in fine organic synthesis and as the parent semiproducts for synthesis of biologically active substances used in medicine and agriculture, the modern addition agents to oils.
