METHOD OF FIRE EXTINGUISHING AND COMPOUND FOR ITS EMBODIMENT

FIELD: fire-fighting technique; applicable in fire extinguishing in closed space. SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of gas-powder mixture to space under protection at outflow velocity exceeding critical outflow velocity of dispersed medium of this mixture. Mixture gas-flow ratio is from 0.5: 1 to 20:1. One part of gas is used for blowing out of all powder, while the rest, for blowing off of powder precipitated on surfaces of space under protection. Powder consists of return amorphous, citrate-soluble potassium metaphosphate and/or integrated nitrogen-phosphate-potash fertilizer and special-purpose additive preferably of corundum, and/or fire clay-kaolin powder, and/or phlogopite, and/or ammonium sulfate, and/or oxide of metal or silicon, and/or modified aerosil.
