Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying immunoenzyme bioassay for determining contents of antibodies to mycobacterium antigen in case and control serum samples. Contents of antibodies to general bacterial antigen of high cross-activity relative to most of infectious disease pathogen antigens is additionally determined. Reaction with case serum and additional control one is to be set in the dilution showing control donor serum extinction level to mycobacterium antigen correspondence to its extinction level with the general bacterial preparation of high cross-activity. Coefficient value is calculated describing reaction reduction level of case serum relative to the control one in setting reaction with the general bacterial antigen. Reaction level is to be increased by multiplying case serum sample extinction value with mycobacterium antigen by the value of the coefficient. EFFECT: higher accuracy in diagnosing tuberculosis due to reduced number of false negative results.
