Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: ecology, in particular, removal of pollutants, such as oil, from territories by means of sorbent based on swelled up graphite. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has feeding hopper, feeder connected with hopper and provided with drive, emitter formed from electrodes arranged in feeding hopper, and receiving hopper. One of electrodes is disposed on base of Laval nozzle surface and connected with feeding hopper. During filling of feeding hopper with graphite this electrode is electrically connected with respective surface of other electrode. Sorbent based on swelled up graphite may be produced directly in polluted zone. EFFECT: intensified graphite swelling up process, increased efficiency and ecologically clean process. 1 dwg
