Zusammenfassung:FIELD: recovery of metals from solutions by electrolysis; may be used in nonferrous metallurgy for electric extraction of metals and in treatment and regeneration of sewage waters of metal electroplating processes. SUBSTANCE: electrolyzer has body, cover, fixed anodes arranged in two rows and disk cathodes rotating between anodes, and current leads. Electrolyzer body is multisectional with inlet and outlet pipes and intersection partitions with overflowing pipes located in them at different heights reducing in direction of outlet pipe. Force fans are located in the upper part of body. Cover is provided with branch pipes connected with receiver for discharge of steam-air mixture and hatches for loading of matrixes for metal deposition and removal of matrices with deposited metal. Hatches are made in each section. Cathodes are assembled of sectors forming disk. Sectors of assembled cathodes are trapezoidal in shape with put-on handle from dielectric material. Disk sectors are placed in radial guides accommodating in their internal sides, in special grooves, current lead busses interconnected through bushing, shaft and current leads with power supply source. Installed on guides facing opening is fixing device. EFFECT: higher productivity of electrolyzer. 2 cl, 5 dwg
