Threaded tie-rods are secured to clamps on the other side through end supports. Threaded tie-rods carry bearing plates hinge-connected to each other. Bearing plates are capable of moving along threaded tie-rods, and they can be fixed. Supporting arc end is hinge-connected to one bearing plate. Second end of supporting arc is hinged to second bearing plate through slide. It is capable of moving longitudinally and may be fixed, is required. Puller is mounted on axle of plate coupling hinge. Its threaded end is secured to supporting arc through L-shaped strip. Yokes are installed on clamps and bearing plates through end-face supports for movement and fixation.
