Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, in particular, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: apparatus may be used for treatment of fractures of long tubular bones, their aftereffect and complications. Apparatus has tie-rod with single thread and brackets positioned on it. Rod holders with rods are installed in brackets for axial motion. Rods are made with buttress thread on operating end and smooth section in middle part. They are mounted for moving perpendicularly relative to tie-rod axle by means of screws located in brackets.
