Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: shipbuilding; designing planing vessels equipped with plug-type interceptors. SUBSTANCE: planing vessel has deadrise bottom and aft plug-type interceptors. Vessel is provided with water-jet propeller mounted in aft portion of vessel. Water scoop of this propeller is located in hull body in front of interceptors. Planing vessel may be provided with fore interceptors and its hull may be provided with fore and aft transversal planing steps. It is good practice to mount interceptors after these planing steps. Deadrise angle of hull body may range from 6 to 12 deg at fore planing step and from 0 to 6 deg at aft planing step. EFFECT: improved seaworthiness of planing vessel. 3 cl, 3 dwg
