SHARE FOR SOIL CUTTER AND SHARE MANUFACTURE METHOD

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: share has working and rear surfaces positioned in parallel one with respect to another at an angle to horizontal plane. Working surface is provided with cutting part having cutting edge. Share cutting part is curved relative to its working and rear surfaces at an angle to horizontal plane, which is smaller than inclination angle of these surfaces. Cutting edge plane is positioned in parallel with working and rear surfaces of share. Cutting edge is positioned at an acute angle with respect to upper base (back) of share, with apex of angle being positioned at side adjacent to trailing edge and in parallel with curved portion generatrix. Method involves forming share strip and cutting out outer trapezium-shaped contour defined by trailing and landward edges, upper base (back) and cutting edge; positioning landward edge at an angle of 45 deg to share back; cutting off cutting part tip at an angle of 90 deg to landward edge; forming longitudinal curved portion extending in parallel with cutting edge and at an angle to horizontal plane smaller than inclination angle to this plane of its working and rear surfaces; sharpening cutting edge and providing facing of rear side of cutting part adjoining to soil with hard alloy.
