SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring spontaneous (SCL) and induced (ICL) chemoluminescence and their ratio (RCL), antioxidation blood plasma activity, malonic dialdehyde contents in it, proteinases and elastase alpha1-inhibitor level. The like mean values in norm are also determined. Integral index (K) is built by using formula K=Ax/Ak+Bx/Bk+Cx/Ck, where Ax, Bx, Cx are the mean values of coefficient of patient under examination, Ax, Bx, Cx are the mean values of coefficient in norm, A is the spontaneous-to-induced chemoluminescence ratio, B is the ratio of antioxidation blood plasma activity to malonic dialdehyde contents, C is the proteinases and elastase alpha1-inhibitor levels ratio. K being less than 125, inflammatory process availability in bronchopneumonic system is diagnosed. The integral index value K=110-120 and ICL=15-25, pneumoconiosis diagnosis is to be set. K=100-110 and ICL=6-10, pneumoconiosis diagnosis is to be set. K=100-110 and ICL= 50-70, toxic fibrosing alveolitis diagnosis is to be set.
