Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: coat applying by friction-mechanical process, possibly coating inner cylindrical surfaces, for example of sleeves of engine cylinders. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes pneumatic cylinder with mechanism for pressing down and feeding in the form of sleeve inside which hollow cylinder and freely moving piston with rod are mounted. Housing is secured to lower portion of pneumatic cylinder. In said housing there are mounted: telescopic cone; spherical spacer; rod provided with return spring, with hollow sleeve in its lower end portion and (in mean radial portion) with pushers having return small-diameter springs acting upon plate-type spacers; return leaf springs; load plates arranged in holders. Said holders are secured to hollow cylinder and to hollow sleeve by means of pair of fork levers with use of shoes. In lateral portion of holders there are fluted grooves for placing copper-alloy bars with horizontal ducts for material yielding and securing said bars by means of cover plates. Electric current controlling device is secured to mean portion of pneumatic cylinder. Said device is in the form of sleeve-commutator, electric-contact brushes secured to insulator, copper bus electrically connected with direct current source.
