Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: machine engineering, forestry, timber working industry branch, namely cutting bent sections, tubes, other types of rolled stock of different materials. SUBSTANCE: disc saw is in the form of round flat plate with central opening for mounting it on shaft. Cutting teeth are provided along it outer contour. There are local rigid inclusions in body of plate placed symmetrically relative to plate axis with formation of martensite structure. Total volume of rigid inclusions is equal to predetermined portion of the whole volume of saw disc plate. Saw teeth have periodical non-uniform rigidity along their apices and group of teeth. EFFECT: enhanced stability of saw in dynamic operation mode at intensified cooling by liquid, reduced possibility of filling intertooth spacing of saw with chip. 1 tbl, 2 dwg
