Zusammenfassung:FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device determining parameters of dielectric materials has measurement section in the form of pipe length fitted with elements for excitation and pick-up electromagnetic energy located on side wall of pipe length along axis parallel to longitudinal axis of pipe section and correspondingly connected to source of electromagnetic energy and measurement unit manufactured in the form of meter of attenuation of electromagnetic energy connected to computer. Short- circuiting elements are put on ends of pipe length. Distance between elements for excitation and pick-up of electromagnetic energy is calculated by given mathematical relation and depends on dielectric permittivity of tested dielectric material, configuration and size of pipe length and amplitude of wave across inlet and outlet of pipe length. EFFECT: simplified design of device making it possible to measure parameters of various materials including liquid, gaseous and loose materials with high accuracy. 7 cl, 3 dwg
