Zusammenfassung:FIELD: organic chemistry, amino acids, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of glycineamide of the formula (I) . Invention describes a method of their synthesis that involves interaction of compound of the formula (II) with N-protected amino acid of the formula (III) and where in some cases reactive functions of R11 are protected to obtain a compound of the formula (IV) . All values of radicals are described in the invention claims. Compounds can be obtained as salts. Invention describes also new intermediate compounds used for synthesis of the end compounds. Derivatives of glycineamide are agonists of cholecystokinin receptors and can be used in pharmaceutical agents ensuring to treat patients with digestion disorders, obesity, psychosis and others. Compounds show low toxicity. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, high curative effectiveness. 11 cl, 7 tbl, 192 ex
