SUBSTANCE: present invention describes organosilicon polymers comprising metal clusters of general formula: [-(R1)Si(R2)-E-)nEK½-]m wherein E is Si(R3R4), NR ; B is -B-NR , (B-C-N), (Al-C-N), cyclo-(SiR3R4NR5)x, (CB10H10C-O-SiR3R4), p-C6H4, (CH2)y; n is 5; m is 0.001-1; x is 3,4,5; y is 2-4; R1-R are H, CH3, C2H5, Ph, CH=CH2, CH2CH=CH2; Cl are clusters of transition metals of groups III-VIII and subgroup of group I. These clusters are new type of ceramic-forming monophase organosilicon polymers containing metals uniformly distributed in polymer structure without presence of oxygen. Said polymers have pronounced capacity of forming fibers and films from solutions or melts and are hardenable during thermochemical treatment.
