SUBSTANCE: float has hermetic envelope secured on metal plate and embraced by metal bands in longitudinal and transversal directions; these bands are secured on bands and are straightened out in inflating the envelope along lines tangential to its surface from points of attachment of plate as far as points of contact with surface of envelope. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of emergency water landing system due to redistribution of load in zone of attachment of float envelope to rigid plate. 4 dwg
