Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: biologically active compounds. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing water-soluble product from diphenacine that can be used in production of liquid poisoned bait to combat harmful rodents. Diphenacine powder is mixed with 96% ethanol at powder-to ethanol ratio from 1:35 to 10:1 and mixture is agitated until full dissolution of powder and formation of liquid transparent reaction product that is then diluted with distilled water. Diluted product, stable upon storage and after heat treatment, exhibits cumulative blood anticoagulant activity in rats and mice and has high attractiveness for rodents when in mixture with flavoring agents in the form of poisoned rodenticide bait in experimental and natural conditions. EFFECT: extended choice of rodenticides. 2 tbl, 3 ex
