Zusammenfassung:FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has six phase thyristors, for which cathodes of first, second and third thyristors and anodes of fourth, fifth and sixth thyristors are connected to corresponding power supply lines. Anodes of first, second and third thyristors and cathodes of fourth, fifth and sixth thyristors are connected to corresponding output lines. In addition device has six light-emitting diodes which are optically connected to corresponding phase thyristors, six diodes, which are connected in series aiding with respect to said light-emitting diodes, six resistors, three thyristor-based PCPs, which light-emitting diodes are connected in series to control lines. Each phase circuit has six additional diodes and two threshold gates. Device design provides possibility to separate circuits which controls phase thyristors from load circuits. They are supplied by voltage which arrives in advance to anode voltage of phase thyristors. EFFECT: decreased anode voltage for alternating phase thyristor activation, decreased system noise in ON state, increased efficiency of power supply transmission to load. 1 dwg
