SUBSTANCE: device measuring and controlling overcooling temperature of cooling agent includes body, temperature-sensitive system with temperature-sensitive element, valve, valve unit, adjustment spring, mechanism adjusting initial force of adjustment spring, piston. Piston takes up simultaneously effort from temperature-sensitive system via rod on one side and from adjustment spring on the other side. Valve unit incorporates valve rod coupled to piston. Temperature-sensitive element is remotely controlled. EFFECT: expanded application field, usage of device in cooling plants of medium and high capacity. 1 dwg
