Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: method relates to production of condensed milk preserves. According to method, growing of lactose crystals in condensed milk with sugar is carried out in process of cooling and mixing of crystal seeding with sunflower oil in amount of 0.001-0.005% to mass of product with creation of paste. Crystal seeding obtained by aforesaid way is introduced in proportion of 0.02% to mass of product. Introduction of aforesaid paste allows for improving quality of condensed milk with sugar.
