Chocolate glaze additionally includes substitute of cocoa products from grape seeds at the following ratio of components, mas.%: chocolate glaze, 24.00-25.20; syrup, 25.50-30.50; citric acid, 0.30-0.40; alcohol, 0.64-2.40; flavor "Cherry" of Firm ROBERTET, 0.02-0.09; red colorant "Ponso", 0.002-0.003; berry liqueur in alcohol, 0.50-0.70; granulated sugar, the balance.
