Zusammenfassung:FIELD: prevention of hailing agricultural plants and causing rain. SUBSTANCE: missile head has holes for output of smoke produced by burning charge. Missile engine and burning charge are separated with diaphragm which axial hole area is within range of 0.5-1.0 of total area of smoke-passing holes in head and within range of 0.25-0.8 of total area of nozzles of engine. Distance between diaphragm and nozzles is within range of 6-20 factor of inner diameter of engine chamber. Said parameters of smoke-passing holes, and distance between diaphragm to engine chamber, as well as ratio of diameter of burning charge channel to diameter of burning charge itself within range of 0.2-0.4 decreases time span between starting smoke action till its engaging with cloud before beginning of crystallization.
