AIR HEATER FOR HEATING AIR FLOWS AT DIFFERENT PRESSURES AND RATES WITH FLUE GASES

FIELD: heating air used for combustion and dehumidification of fuel. SUBSTANCE: air heater includes several gas ducts connected in parallel where heat exchange sections are mounted, gas ducts and air ducts of different flows connected to heat exchange sections. Each air duct has branch pipes at equal flow rate; number of these branch pipes is equal to number of gas ducts. Equal number of branch pipes of air ducts of each unlike flow are connected to heat exchanger sections of each gas duct. All branch pipes of air ducts of similar flows are connected to heat exchanger sections at zones of similar flue gas temperatures; heat exchanger sections have preset height. EFFECT: improved uniformity of temperature field of exhaust flow of flue gases due to supply of equal amount of air of unlike flows through each gas duct at minimum length of air lines and identical heat exchange in each heat-exchange section. 2 cl, 3 dwg
