Keratoleucoma is diagnosed in 3-10 months after operation and if it is detected, it is stated as late veil. Therapy includes treatment with proteolytic preparations in form of aqueous solutions with activity specified in the invention description and administered by 1-2 drops, four-five a day in combination with vitasic eye drops by 1-2 drops, four-five times a day. In therapy treatment, additionally admistered is vobenzim by 3-5 tablets, there times a day. EFFECT: reduced terms of treatment. 2 cl, 1 tbl
