SUBSTANCE: 0.01-1.0 mm of polystyrene fraction is first dusted with mineral powder of asphalt-concrete mixture and added to bitumen binder heated to 130-140 C, and the whole is stirred for 3-10 minutes. The resulting material has strength that exceeds strength of control samples by 1.5 times and strength of standard samples by 2.8 times when preparing asphalt-concrete mixes.
