The liquid phase has epoxyacrylic oligomer, acryl monomer of triethylene glycol dimetacrylate, monometacrylic ester of ethylene glycol or its mixture with methyl metacrylate, polymerization accelerator agent, and ethanol in corresponding quantities. Solid state phase has polymethyl metacrylate with graft butyl metacrylate copolymer, allyl metacrylate, methyl metacrylate. Liquid to solid state phase ratio is 0.7-0.8: 1.0.
