Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: leather industry. SUBSTANCE: method is employed when manufacturing special-type leather with grease finishing from cattle hides. Finishing is effected by drying, double staking with intermittent partial drying, applying grease coating and pressing. Before applying grease coating, leather is subjected to triple polishing. Grease coating is applied in two steps with alternate pressing, after which leather is covered by coloring water- emulsion composition containing: polyurethane dispersion, flatting agent, stamp additive, wax emulsion, liquid dye, and water.
