SUBSTANCE: method is realized by diffusion saturation by stepwise conditions: heating of article material to temperature equalling 0.8-0.9 of melting temperature, holding for 20-30 min, cooling by 100 C, holding for 15-20 min, repeated cooling by 100 C, holding for 10-15 min with 5-10 repetitions of cycle. EFFECT: intensified saturation process, provision of preset thicknesses of diffusion layer and increased concentration of diffusion therein.
