Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine; medical engineering; orthetics. SUBSTANCE: whole leg orthesis (apparatus) has femur, crus and shoe sleeves based on synthetic resin. Femur and crus sleeves are coupled by knee hinges, and sleeves of crus and shoe are coupled by talocrural hinges. In addition, orthesis includes belt with metal plate coupled to trochanter which is secured to femur sleeve. Orthesis assembly consists in cutting out of femur, crus and shoe sleeves from whole half-finished sleeve obtained by vacuum lamination method and impregnated with synthetic resin. Prior to cutting out, they are marked, when fitting. EFFECT: extended range of application; higher strength. 5 cl, 4 dwg
