Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: endovascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: cava-filters provide for access through peripheral and central veins due to their small diameters of 2 mm in compact state. They retain small thrombus in small branches of pulmonary artery because of uniform regulated arrangement of thrombus catching cells along vein section. Cava-filters reduce hazard of their displacement in causal and cranial directions or displacement of filter axis relative to axis of lower hollow vein due to presence of three supporting planes in vein lumen. Cava-filters provide for reliable fixing without perforation of vein walls. Cava-filters have wire elements made of titanium nickelide with locks-limiters at their vacant ends. Wire elements are joined together by means of two bushings with formation of blades. The latter may be bent to form at least two closed cavities shifted with respect to each other from different sides of bushing. Blades may be bent to form one closed cavity and vacant ends positioned from both sides of it. In this case, blades from one side of bushing are shifted relative to blades from the other side. EFFECT: improved design. |
