Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of astigmatism and changing of cornea refraction capacity by photorefraction ablation. At myopic component of 1.5-2.0 D photorefraction ablation of cornea is performed only by hypermetropic meridian through entire value of hypermetropic cylinder. If myopic component exceeds 2.0 D correction is started with hypermetropic meridian. It is corrected through entire value of hypermetropic cylinder. Myopic component is corrected by decreasing the value of correction by 1.5-2.0 D. EFFECT: avoidance of unwanted refraction shifts.
