SUBSTANCE: device has movable-core coils connected in series with motor stator windings which are placed in case mounted on supports attached to base for varying angle of case inclination. Displacement of cores is controlled by displacement limiters mounted at case ends. Cores are rigidly fixed together with aid of nonmagnetic coupling. Device case is made of magnetically permeable material and is collapsible into two parts. EFFECT: improved service life of mechanism and drive motor. 4 cl, 9 dwg
