SUBSTANCE: method consists in the following: peat is introduced in prepared cooked feed with content of dry substances not less than 18% in the amount of 13-16% of feed weight after grounding the raw material, its heat treatment, fat extraction and cooling. EFFECT: broadened assortment of raw materials for preservation of cooked feeds; higher quality of prepared product.
