Zusammenfassung:FIELD: mechanical engineering; separation of nonhomogeneous mixtures in centrifugal field into light and heavy liquid fractions and continuous discharge of fractions from device. SUBSTANCE: rotor 2 of cleaner is installed on hollow axle 1. It has housing 3 and thin layer insert 4 mounted on bushing. Bushing is provided with space 6 for collecting light liquid fraction communicating through channel 7 with cleaner light fraction discharge main line. Channel and intercommunicating branches 9 and 11 are designed to let out heavy liquid fraction from rotor. Point in which branches 9 and 11 meet should be located at definite distance from axis of rotation of rotor. distance depends on density of heavy and light liquid fractions, radius of inner surface of housing, minimum distance from axis of rotation of rotor to light liquid fraction collecting surface and maximum distance from light liquid fraction collecting surface to axis of rotation of rotor. Check valve 12 is installed on outlet of branch 11. Distance from outlet end face of check valve 12 to axis of rotation of rotor exceeds maximum distance from surface of drain hole 15 to axis of rotor rotation. Part of volume of heavy liquid fraction collecting space 13, enclosed its bottom and plane square to axis of rotor rotation and passing through point of surface of intake hole 17 located at maximum distance from bottom, should be not less that part of volume of heavy liquid fraction collecting space enclosed between its side wall and cylindrical surface with axis of rotation coinciding with axis of rotation of rotor and passing through point of surface of drain hole 15 located at maximum distance from axis of rotation of rotor.
