SUBSTANCE: composition contains simultaneously two actively acting biologically active substances, and allows them to act in various regions of skin. Composition includes the first dispersion of lipid vesicles capable to penetrate into deep layers of skin and containing at least one first actively acting substance which produces curative effect on the deep layers of skin; and the second dispersion of lipid vesicles capable to penetrate into surface layers of skin and containing at least one second actively acting substance which produces curative effect on these surface layers of skin. EFFECT: broadened application in skin regions for treatment both surface layers and deep layers of skin. 20 cl, 1 tbl
