SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing reactive mixture containing aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol and aqueous solution of nonionogenic surfactant and joining agent (carbamide, glyoxal); foaming mixture to increase volume by 2.5-3 times; introducing acetilation reaction catalyst; introducing cellulose textile wastes, such as flax scutch and/or cotton scutch, into foamed pulp; pouring obtained composition into molds; conditioning while providing heating; washing till pH value reaches neutral level and washing water is free from joining agent traces.
