Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: study of materials, tests of lubricating oils. SUBSTANCE: gear includes tensiometer with effort scale, platform, rocker with weight mechanism. Adjustable heater is placed under platform. Stepped bearing washer with counterbody which diameter equals smaller diameter of bearing washer and which is fixed around diameter by ring is anchored in upper part of platform. Stepped washer is manufactured from materials of real friction pairs. Counterbody has size of average statistic contact spot of real friction pair. Fixing ring prevents displacement of contacting surfaces of solids under action of tangential forces while effort of break of oil film under action of normal load is determined.
