SUBSTANCE: suspension polyvinyl chloride is prepared by polymerization in the presence of protective colloid and redox initiating system consisting of di-2-ethylhexyl peroxydicarbonate and phthalimide at weight ratio from 1:0.67 to 1:0.80. The present invention makes it possible to reduce polymerization cycle by 19.0-23.8% and to retain yield and main properties of the final product.
