SUBSTANCE: device has feed bin connected with working chamber and connected with accumulating device bin. Working chamber is made in the form of rotating dielectric pipe running through waveguide. which inlet is connected with microwave oscillator, and waveguide outlet is connected with absorber of microwave energy. Dielectric pipe outside of the waveguide is located in metal housing. The latter is joined with waveguides. The inlet of dielectric pipe is joined by trough with feeder and with air supply device through pipe union. The outlet is connected with bin of accumulating device. Position of dielectric pipe with respect to horizon is regulated by a lifting device fro 15 to 30 deg. Rotation speed of dielectric pipe is 1-50 rpm. Capacity is not less than 34 kg/h, yield is at least 98% and graphite expansion ratio is 380. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwg |
