Upper-jaw plate is fitted with fixing Adems cramp irons for first permanent molar teeth. Orthodontic screw which moves incisors and canine teeth of upper rear row vestibularly is welded into sectorial saw cut. Plastic copper pellets are coupled to plate by reversible cramp irons. They have hooks for intrajaw coupling by means of flexible tie-rods with M-shaped bends of retraction arc for lower teeth. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of treatment. 4 dwg
