Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: food-processing, microbiological industry, pharmaceutics and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has working unit with cassettes containing ultraviolet radiation lamps. Working unit is connected with first bypass device formed as gravity flow pipe. Such construction allows flexible process to be used for treating various products. Product may be treated in each drum of succession of drums, dried and sterilized, or it may be treated in one drum at controlled parameters. Auger-type conveyor positioned in upper drum is connected with charging device to increase time interval during which product passes through drum and, as a result, to increase radiation dose. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and increased efficiency in treating product. 3 cl, 4 dwg
