Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to construction of railway and tramway lines. According to method, blanks of wood are initially pressed in cool condition up to density of 800-1000 kg/cu.m. After that, blanks are dried, cooled, and impregnated with antiseptic material under pressure of 10-30 atm. of compressed air at temperature of 60-70 C during 5-10 min. Then, ready liners are coated with moisture-protecting material. Application of aforesaid method allows for improving quality of ready articles with reduction of power needed for their production.
