SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a fullerene derivative of glycopeptide of the formula (I): GlcNAc-MurNAc-Ala-D-iGln--[Lys-e-CO(CH2)5NHC6O-H], showing adjuvant activity. Substance is obtained by synthesis of aminocaproic acid fullerene derivative and the following its addition reaction to glycopeptide lysine derivative. Synthesized compound shows high adjuvant property at low doses (1-10 nM per an animal). At high dose (1 mg/mouse) this substance does not show lethal or toxic effects.
