SUBSTANCE: apparatus contains body 1, hollow cylinder of lower circular area 2 with pulsation feed branch pipes 3 and liquid discharge branch pipes 4, tapered bottom 5 with suspension feed branch pipe 6, solid dispersion discharge device 7 and dispersion medium feed and discharge branch pipe 8.
