RAIL TRACK OF UNDERGROUND RAILWAY

FIELD: railway construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to rail track having no sleepers. Rail track has concrete base, supporting members fastened on concrete base, rails, trough-shaped resilient electrically-insulated tie plates which embrace rail foot and rest on supporting members, and spring clamp. Supporting members are made in the form of separate underrail units embedded in concrete base. Each underrail unit incorporates longitudinal trough for placing rail foot in it together with corresponding resilient tie plate. Embedded in underrail units are insert articles. Surfaces of insert articles creates side planes of rail holding trough. Underrail units can be made up of two halves with each half embracing one of rail foot strips. Application of aforesaid rail track design improves operating reliability and simplifies maintenance operations. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
