Line is further provided with sulfuric melt temperature stabilizing unit, binder temperature stabilizing unit made in the form of controlled heater disposed in working zone of sulfuric melt doser pump with permissible error during heating not exceeding plus and minus 4 C. Shock wave emitters are positioned at accumulating vessel exit end and adjacent to ready article molding zone, with shock wave pulsed pressure reaching 10 Pa.
