DEVICE FOR LINING INNER SURFACE OF PIPE LINE

FIELD: erection and repair of pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: mounted on supports in housing of lining machine is drive form-shaping rotor with delivery and distributing sections. Screw feeder secured on delivery section is used for delivery of coating material to circular clearance between rotor and housing. Taper surface of distributing section of rotor holds bearing distributing ring and bearing portion of rotor holds flexible inflatable from inside calibrated envelope for smoothing-out coat applied. Housing is provided with passages for delivery of material for coating which are connected with proportioning pump by means of material line. Lining machine is placed in pipe line and is centered by wheels on flexible members. The respective passages are connected with proportioning pump and compressor and machine is connected with tractive winch by means of rope. The control system sets program for application of coat of required thickness. Compressed air sets rotor in rotation and enflates smoothing envelope. Material of coat is fed to circular clearance between rotor and housing and is delivered by means of screw feeder to distributing portion of rotor for forming the coat.
