SUBSTANCE: method involves homogenization of rickettsia sibirica yolk culture, its inactivation, high- and low-velocity centrifugations, precipitate resuspending, standardization and lyophilization. Culture is inactivated before homogenization stage and purification of rickettsial suspension is carried out by membrane filtration with preliminary high- and low-velocity and the following high-velocity centrifugation. EFFECT: improved purity, enhanced specificity, simplified and accelerated method of purification.
