Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: method includes transportation of rock from face by screw conveyor installed in tunnel shield and continuous mixing of rock with hardener. Rock is mixed with hardener at rock outlet from screw conveyor. Formed mixture is compacted. The method is embodied with the help of device for removal of broken rock from tunnel shield. The device has pipe fastened to partition, conveyor located inside pipe, mechanism of rock mixing with hardener. Rock and hardener are supplied through pipe holes. Hardener is supplied through holes and rock is discharged through hole with gate. The holes are located in one plane transverse to pipe axis on rear end on which bell-crank is also located with compaction mechanisms connected with gates.
