SUBSTANCE: mill includes mechanism for working strip edges, shaping and welding stands and contact electric current leads. Mechanism for working strip edges includes metallic brushes and annular needle milling cutters whose working surfaces are arranged in parallel relative to plane of strip edges. Width of working surface of each metallic brush is no less than width of electric current lead. Radial width of working surface of each milling cutter is less than half of its outer radius.
